Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand Nora presence on the markets of Mexico, Colombia or other countries in South or Central America by supporting and coaching the local sales partners.
  • Analyze the local market situation and develop concepts to execute strategy.
  • Generate contacts, build up the sales funnel and manage sales projects completely in cooperation with the local sales partners.
  • Build networks and relationship to architects and designers, end users, general contractors and key customers.
  • Use the CRM system to track developments in projects and customer relations.
  • Regular reporting and forecasting of sales development, sales funnel and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Higher degree in business or marketing is preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Interest and passion for sales of a technical design product in the complex project business.
  • Experience in project business and solution selling.
  • Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills in an international environment.
  • Good skills with Microsoft Office, knowledge of CRM are a plus.
  • Readiness to take part in intensive travel activities to the assigned countries.
